About the Client

By eliminating barriers like long queues, geographic constraints, and travel expenses, TelaDoc allows quality healthcare to be accessed right from a patient’s mobile device.

The Starting Point
When Esferasoft and TelaDoc teamed up, TelaDoc aimed to build a telemedicine platform that could easily connect people from anywhere in the world for teleconsultation discussions without barriers, clear communication, and seamless integration of various types of medicine. There are a couple of major challenges that TelaDoc faced, including:
