People really do value the universal practice of personal storytelling. However, writing one’s life story seems almost an impossible task for most individuals. Often, people do not tell their stories for various reasons, including lack of time, self-doubt, emotional blocks, or even lack of a clue about where to begin. Also, in mental healthcare spaces, young people, seniors, and trauma survivors frequently lack safe, organised creative outlets for processing the events of their lives. There was an evident gap for an accessible healing and sustainable digital-first solution to storytelling.
The dilemma was twofold.Â
Additionally, the brand needed to adopt a single voice across platforms, such as storytelling reels on Instagram, podcast sound bites, workshops, and product offerings, into one seamless and intuitive website.
We have created an immersive online experience to the fullest extent in accordance with the very spirit of Felicity’s mission: a responsive, emotionally engaging website that walks users through service options, from ghostwriting and mentorship to community workshops and therapeutic programs.
