Alexa Monroe’s Design is a niche business that is growing in clientele, but it is currently lagging in its digital presence. The client needed a platform capable of customisation, seamless usability, a discriminatory backend for large-scale performances, and an optimised path for conversion. The old set-up was very unresponsive in accepting new changes; it was slow on a busy day, and there were User Experience gaps that hindered sales and customer engagement.
The project was to create a digital shopfront that intertwined emotional connection with technical performance as its chief challenge. Alexa Monroe Design worked with a clean, fast-loading, mobile-friendly interface that allowed one to customise prints easily, preview changes, and check them out smoothly. To top it off, high-resolution image processing, digital-file delivery, and physical print fulfilment management—keeping in mind brand consistency—called for a tightly integrated and scalable eCommerce system.Â
