With a digital backbone for industrial trade under the view of being accelerators for faster order cycles, supply chain friction reduction, and creating long-term partnerships across industries, Fidelium.Ma aims to become that backbone.

The Problem Statement

Everything about things getting larger with Fidelium.Ma was biting significant yet sharp challenges in efficiency and reliability of service. The main platform was too crude for the real-time handling of high-associated multiple transactions, users, and product data on endpoint devices. Independent decision-making on the basis of delayed and inaccurate information was habitual among most of the decision makers. The inevitable outcome was a B2B ecosystem of friction:

  • The approval of such orders was delayed both manually and due to outdated order-routing mechanisms.
  • Inventory data varied among partners, leading to stockpiling or lost sales.
  • There was minimal and weak cooperation among stakeholders, including manufacturers, retailers, and logistics personnel.
  • The platform did not have the nimbleness to bring on board new partners quickly or to meet market requirements.
  • Real-time insights were non-existent, leaving businesses to make reactive rather than proactive decisions.

Not only was the company looking for better UI, it needed a complete revamping of how its core processes worked.

The Challenge

  • Disconnected Operations: Manufacturers, sellers, and retailers were operating on distinct workflows, resulting in delays, miscommunication, and inconsistencies in prices.
  • Scalability Issues: As more partners join the legacy system, it becomes prone to performance bottlenecks.
  • Data Fragmentation: With the absence of real-time analytics, decisions made are tardy and suboptimal.
  • Manual Order Processing: Slow approvals along with duplicated entries result in delayed fulfilments and negatively affect satisfaction.

The lack of collaboration tools meant that stakeholders had no structured way to communicate, which led to delays in the supply chain and erroneous order deliveries.

The Solution

EsferaSoft designed a Next-Gen Admin Panel that reimagined the entire supply chain as an intelligent, connected ecosystem: 

  • Dynamic Role-Based Access: Custom access controls for manufacturers, sellers, and retailers ensured secure, streamlined workflows. 
  • AI-Driven Inventory & Product Management: Real-time stock tracking, demand forecasting, and automated product listings kept the ecosystem current and efficient. 
  • Intelligent Fulfilment Hub: Orders were auto-matched with nearest suppliers, and shipping was optimised with integrated logistics tools—reducing fulfilment time by up to 30%. 
  • Predictive Business Intelligence: Real-time dashboards offered actionable insights, enabling data-backed pricing and promotion decisions. 
  • Integrated Messaging System: Stakeholders could now collaborate in-platform with instant messaging, alerts, and auto-notifications. 

Fraud Detection & Compliance: AI-based algorithms identified anomalies early, shielding the platform from fraudulent activities.
