The Problem Statement

Few genuinely deserving claimants find it possible to seek justice due to many hurdles in their way, such as:

  • Prohibitively expensive litigation
  • Complex procedures that are notoriously time-consuming
  • Power imbalance against predatory, well-funded opponents

The Challenge

Esferasoft was entrusted with translating this mission into a digital platform for the following objectives:

  • To simplify complex legal workflows for non-expert users
  • To inspire trust and engagement through design and messaging
  • To process cases in volume while keeping user data secure
  • Lastly, to integrate transparent, real-time communications tools for client support

The challenge lay in realising all this while ensuring that a traditionally lengthy, tedious, and often intimidating legal process felt accessible, fast, and fully supported while remaining compliant with all regulations and performing at scale.
