WISCO’s digital presence did not effectively convey the professional-grade value and reliability of the brand. The previous interface was outdated and uninviting, to the point that it could not engage clearly or responsively enough for both automotive professionals and DIYers to boldly trust the platform or navigate through it with ease. WISCO wanted something modern, simple to understand, and with a visual feel of authority to foster credibility and showcase their premium product line to generate confident conversions. The platform had to offer different buyer journeys while enhancing WISCO’s brand equity as a collision repair household name. If these elements are not included, the current digital experience will undermine the premium reputation that WISCO has worked so hard to establish.
Esferasoft was approached by WISCO with a very straightforward yet perplexing objective to be fulfilled: they wanted a digital experience makeover to influence their image as a trusted professional supplier in the collision repair business. Their current portal was devoid of any engagement and accessibility and didn’t have a compelling brand story. They needed the entire system to be modern and responsive, which:

To establish WISCO’s credibility, examples include clean typography, strategic use of colour psychology to reinforce professionalism, and well-placed content blocks that effectively communicate their story.

Specific user experience paths were also created for business clients and enthusiastic DIYers, ensuring each felt seen and served.
